1. How do I know my nail sizes?

You can order a sizing kit to find your perfect fit — it includes sample nails and easy instructions. I require a sizing kit to ensure accuracy and avoid fit issues, especially since all sets are handmade.
The only exception is if you already know your sizes from the brand Apres, as all the shapes and lengths I offer are from them currently. 

If you’re unsure or have any questions, feel free to contact me before placing your order!

2. Do you offer custom designs?

At this time, I only offer pre-designed sets. Custom designs aren’t available currently, but feel free to check back in the future!

3. How long do press-on nails last?

With proper prep and care, press-ons can last 1–2+ weeks. Wear time depends on your lifestyle, nail prep, and adhesive used (sticky tabs vs. glue).

4. What’s included in a nail set?

Each set includes:

  • 10 nails
  • Nail glue or sticky tabs
  • Nail prep kit (buffer, file, alcohol wipe, cuticle stick
  • Instructions for application & removal

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing typically takes 3–15 business days since all sets are handmade with care. This is the time needed to create and prepare your order and does not include shipping time. Shipping duration varies based on your location and the carrier.

With that said, I do my very best to complete your order as quickly as possible! 

6. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I only ship within the United States. I hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

7. Can I reuse the nails?

Yes! If removed gently and properly cleaned, most sets can be reused. 

8. What’s the difference between nail glue and sticky tabs?

  • Glue gives longer wear (up to 2 weeks), perfect for longer wear.
  • Sticky tabs are gentler & easier to remove, better for short-term or temporary wear.

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom fit of press-on nails and hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

This is why double-checking your sizes and submitting the correct information is vital.

With that said, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours, and I’ll do my best to help find a solution.

10. How do I apply and remove the nails?

An instruction card for application and removal will be included in every order. Follow the steps carefully for the best fit and longest wear.
