How do I use the sizing kit?

1. Start with clean, bare nails (no polish or enhancements).

3. Find the size that fits snugly without overlapping your skin or feeling tight. 
   
   
4. Record the size number for each finger as instructed. 
   
   
5. Double-check your sizes and write them down with your future orders.

What if my sizes differ between hands?

It’s common for sizes to vary from one hand to the other. The sizing kit helps you find the perfect fit for each finger individually, so you get the best results on both hands. Make sure to write down the different sizes for each finger, and for each hand.

Can I skip the sizing kit and just send my measurements?

To maintain quality and fit, I require the sizing kit. Measurements or guesses can lead to ill-fitting nails, dissatisfaction, or discomfort — and I want to avoid that frustration for both of us. The sizing kit is the only way to guarantee your nails fit just right.

How long does it take to get the sizing kit?

Shipping time varies by location, but I aim to get the kits to you as quickly as possible so you can find your perfect fit without delay. I do my best to ship sizing kit orders within 1–3 days of purchase.

Do I have to buy a new sizing kit every time?

You only need to purchase a new sizing kit if you want to change the length or shape for a future set. If you stick to the same shape and size, simply keep your sizes saved for easy reordering.
